Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

On original artwork; this includes animation cels, drawings, or custom orders and untimely deliveries due to current situations, out of our control. 

RETURN POLICY

  • Contact us within seven days of receipt of the artwork.
  • The artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Steps to return:

  1. Call 925-980-9547 or email info@disneyartonmain.com
  2. We will provide you with the return address.
  3. Ship the artwork back to us using a trackable carrier.

Please do not send a return without first receiving authorization from us.
 

How long before I receive my refund?

  • Paypal refunds may take 4-5 days to process.
  • Credit card refunds usually take 1-2 days to process. 

If artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within five days of receipt. Please note that original artwork has been used in production and may have minor scratches on cels or slight creases in drawings. This is normal wear and tear.

If the shipping package arrives damaged, please do not accept it and notify us immediately by email or call us at 925-980-9547 for assistance
