Shipping

Free Ground Shipping; applies to orders shipped within the United States only.  

Shipping on International Orders:
Please call to place an order. (1-925-846-6015).  Alexander's Fine Art will only pass on to you the actual charges, charged by the shipping company. All duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

No Sales Tax  - Online Orders Only.  

• No Sales Tax applies to USA orders only.
• Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, slightly longer for International orders.
• All orders are shipped fully insured.  
• No cash refunds; gallery credit will be applied on all returns.
• All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Personal checks will be held for a minimum of 15 business days to verify availability of funds.
• No International Checks will be accepted; all International orders must be paid by credit card.
• Credit Cards will only be charged when the items in the order are confirmed as available.
• Promotional and gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
• All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for gallery credit only. If you are returning your item because of damage incurred during shipping, please allow up to 3 weeks to replace your order from the time the gallery receives the damaged item. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery
