All California residence winners will be responsible for paying sales tax plus shipping. All non-California residence winners will be responsible for paying shipping. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents for the prize can be made. However, Disney Art On Main Street at Alexander’s Fine Art, Inc. may at its discretion, due to prize unavailability, or for any other reason, make a substitution of comparable value.

2) Eligibility: The Art Giveaway is open to all individuals, 18 years of age or older, who are legal residents of the United States, except employees and consultants of Disney Art On Main Street, members of their immediate families, or members of their households. Any agents or representatives acting on behalf of Disney Art On Main Street, including, but not limited to those involved in the development, production, (including prize supplier), implementation, and distribution of this Art Giveaway and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers and agencies and their officers and employees, and any other person or entity associated with this Art Giveaway are also ineligible to enter or win.

If the winner does not meet these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and no substitute prizewill be given to such winner.

Anyone living in a state where the Art Giveaway is prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted under rules or regulations are ineligible. Disney Art On Main Street disclaims any responsibility or liability for anyone who enters when it is illegal for them to do so. By entering, entrants agree to waive any additional rights granted in regard to sweepstakes by the state in which they reside.

3) How to enter: Enter using the “Sign Up Now…” at disneyartonmain.com

One limited edition will be given away at on the last business day of every quarter. All entries must be received by the closing day to be eligible. Disney Art On Main Street assumes no responsibility for technical malfunctions related to entries; delayed, lost, late, misdirected, misdelivered, illegible, mutilated, incorrect, or incomplete entries; or entries that have been tampered with; and such entries will not be eligible for the Art Giveaway. Proof of transmission of an entry will not constitute proof of receipt of said entry.  

Limit to one entry per person. You can only use an e-mail address that is registered in your name to enter the Art Giveaway. The e-mail address must be valid and must be capable of receiving incoming e-mail. You cannot allow another person to enter the Art Giveaway using your name or e-mail address. Once a name or e-mail address has been used by an entrant, that name or e-mail address cannot be used by another person to enter that day’s drawing. Failure to follow any part of the Official Rules can lead to disqualification from the Art Giveaway and ineligibility to receive the prize.

Entries completed by other than human means will be disqualified. Entries from blacklist domains or any e-mail addresses deemed to be potentially harmful to the artfulhome.com website will not be accepted.

4) Selection and notification: One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during each Art Giveaway period via a random drawing held approximately one day after the end of the Art Giveaway period. The potential winner will be notified via phone and by e-mail (using the information provided when entering the Art Giveaway.) The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification to acknowledge receipt of the prize. The e-mail shall serve as the prize voucher. If (i) no response is received from the potential winner within five business days from the first notification attempt, or (ii) the potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (iii) the potential winner fails to claim a prize in accordance with the instructions provided by Disney Art On Main Street, at Alexander’s Fine Art, Inc. or (iv) fails to return a complete and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) as described below, the potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be drawn at random by Disney Art On Main Street. Disney Art On Main Street is not responsible for winner notifications that are delayed, lost, misdirected, or misdelivered.

The official winners will be announced on the Disneyartonmain.com website.

Disney Art On Main Street, at Alexander’s Fine Art reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Art Giveaway at its discretion for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Art Giveaway.

5) Prize redemption: The potential winner will be required to provide a telephone number and valid mailing address where he or she can be reached and prize mailed. The prize must be claimed by the winner and is not transferable. Sale of the prize voucher is strictly prohibited and will render it void. Failure to comply with the Official Rules or Disney Art On Main Street’s instructions for claiming the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new potential winner may be chosen at random by Disney Art On Main Street at Alexander’s Fine Art.

6) General conditions: The winner’s first and last names, and city and state of residence, and those of other entrants may be published on Disney Art On Main Street online newsletter as well as on the disneyartonmain.com website. Except where prohibited by law, entry and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Disney Art On Main Street and its agencies to use the winner’s name, address, statements, biographical information, image, and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, online.

The Art Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Disney Art On Main Street, at Alexander’s Fine Art which are final and binding in all respects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disney Art On Main Street, at Alexander’s Fine Art, Inc. reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time by posting an amendment on ornamentaday.artfulhome.com which shall become effective immediately upon posting. Disney Art On Main Street, at Alexander’s Fine Art, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Art Giveaway; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE ART GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, DISNEY ART ON MAIN STREET, AT ALEXANDER’S FINE ART, INC. By participating in the Art Giveaway, entrants release Disney Art On Main Street, at Alexander’s Fine Art, Inc. and other entities associated with this Art Giveaway, (including their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and employees) from any and all liability for any claims, costs, losses, injuries or damages arising out of, resulting from or in connection with the Art Giveaway, including, but not limited to, submission of any Art Giveaway entries, including misdirected, lost or incomplete entries, acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes (including, but not limited to, claims, costs, losses, injuries or damages related to personal injuries, death, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light), participation in the Art Giveaway, or any technical malfunction of the telephone network, computer online system, computer time or date mechanism, computer equipment, hardware or software, program malfunctions or technical errors, or any combination thereof, or any lost, garbled, misdirected, illegible, or delayed data transmissions. This Art Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions there of. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to jurisdiction in the State of California, U.S.A. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No waiver to these Official Rules will be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against which enforcement is sought. The failure of either party to enforce its rights under the Official Rules at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
