Terms Of Sales

Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by Alexander’s Fine Art, Inc., all orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website.

Sales

All monetary payment funds must be in US Currency. We do not accept funds from 2-second party unless the party in named is receiving the goods of sold. All Original artwork and select rare limited edition sales are final.

Order processing takes 7-14 business days. We do not process orders same day or on the weekends and holidays. There may be a delay in shipping if the artwork needs to be signed by the artist.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product description or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.

Return Rights

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipment costs. Artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund. A store credit will be issued for any returns requested after the 5-day grace period. After 10 business days from the date of sale, all sales are final. Custom or commissioned art sales are final.

Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. If a typo of pricing is higher or lower than the correct price, we reserve the right to cancel the order or refund the difference or request payment for the difference. Another recourse is cancellation of your order.

All artwork for which customer requests custom framing is subject to the stipulations of the return policy and the cost of framing will be deducted from the total refund or merchandise credit total.

Packaging

All artwork is carefully handled and hand-packaged. Unframed canvases and lithographs will ship in a reinforced tube. Unframed cels may be shipped in a flat box.

Damaged Items

We inspect each artwork before it is shipped. If for any reason, your artwork shows up in other-than-perfect condition, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will repair or replace framing and/or artwork at no additional charge.
